Dear Stivers,
I am so happy that I chose Stivers again. This is the second new furnace and air conditioner I have had Stivers install. One in 1983 or 84 and then this one that I like so much.
I do want to thank you for sending such nice and knowledgeable men to do the installment. They were such good workers and know everything about furnaces. I spent most of the time watching them work, not doubting their ability, but enjoying seeing men work and ones who really knew their business. Please tell Steve and Charlie how much I liked them and enjoyed talking with them. Also, I am glad that you bought my heating stove. It has been in our family since 1933 when my father purchased it from Montgomery Ward. I know it will be preserved and not broken up for scrap. Again, thank you for the beautiful work that your men and as always, “praise” Stivers.
