For only $160.00 we agree to provide you with precision tune-ups, professional cleanings and safety inspections, for both your Furnace and Air Conditioner.

A/C Procedures Include:

• Clean leaves and debris from inside the condenser
• Flush the condenser coil to wash out dirt
• Oil motors as needed
• Wax condenser cabinet
• Check refridgerant levels
• Check temperature drop
• Check indoor air flow
• Check condenser line for blockage
• Check contactor points
• Check amp draw of unit

Furnace Procedures Include:

• Clean and vacuum the main burners
• Inspect the heat exchanger
• Adjust gas/air vent pipe for corriosion
• Clean and adjust pilot
• Check for proper draft on the vent pipe on chimney
• Check safety controls
• Check thermostat
• Oil motors as needed
• Test pilot safety device
